Recipe type: Salad
A delicious, simple salad.
- 2 cups lettuce
- ½ cup arugula, the stems trimmed off
- 4 radishes, trimmed and sliced into rounds
- 2 scallions, white and light green parts only, thinly sliced into rounds
- 1 ball (10 ounces) fresh buffalo mozzarella, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Tear lettuce into a bowl.
- Add remaining vegetables and cheese.
- Drizzle oil and add salt and pepper just before serving.
