Spicy Kale Chips

Spicy Kale Chips
Recipe type: Appetizer
Serves: 4

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • ½-1 tbs garlic salt
  • ½ tbs cayenne pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
  2. Cut stems off of kale leaves and rip leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Add olive oil and mix until all kale is covered.
  4. Add garlic salt and cayenne pepper to kale in bowl or after kale is placed on baking sheet.
  5. Spread out kale on baking sheets and bake for 10-15 minutes, until crispy.
