Fava Bean Hummus

Fava Bean Hummus

Ingredients
  • 2 cups fava beans, shelled, cooked without salt
  • 1 juice from a lemon
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Tahini

Instructions
  1. Presoak 2 cups of fava beans and peel.
  2. Boil beans in water until tender, about 45 minutes.
  3. Puree in blender or food processor.
  4. Add juice from one lemon, 1 tbsp of garlic and 2 tbsp of Sesame Tahini.
  5. Refrigerate till chilled.
